News

Changing our Name
We've changed our name to 'Silvanito'. We wanted a name that reflected the Spagrock genre of music that we've been developing over recent months. Our first show under the new name will be at The Jericho Tavern this month.

Christmas Single
We're currently working on a Christmas Single, which we'll be performing live during the festive season. Imagine Aled Jones meets The Good, The Bad & The Ugly. We're planning to record the track and issue it as a free download on MySpace in December.

New Songs
As well as the above, we've got a new song called 'Red Wine' and we've been working on 'Lost in Mendoza' with an improved ending.

A lot of People have been asking us...

How we decided on the new name. There were many suggestions to choose from and thanks goes out to fans and friends for their ideas. In the end making a final decision was too overwhelming. Luckily we remembered that we were owed a final wish from the genie. So we posed the question. In a haze of purple vapour the genie cleared his throat and spoke. From those lips of universal wisdom came but one word and that word was 'Silvanito'
