Silvanito Nights @ The Jericho Tavern
Our monthly nights continue to grow in popularity. This month we’ve changed the format slightly to include a band guest slot, filled by one of London’s most exciting bands at the moment ‘The Neon Empire’. Doors are a bit earlier at 8.00 pm, with James kicking off the evening with an acoustic set at 8.15. As always you can get £2 tickets in advance - http://www.wegottickets.com/event/43556

New Material
We are currently working on a song in 3 / 4 called ‘Last Fandango’. It combines the theatre of a track that would sit well in a Lloyd Webber musical with all the classic Silvanito hallmarks of raucous latin riffery and angelic harmony. The subject matter - a somewhat deluded chap who thinks he’s in with a chance of getting the prettiest Sinorita in the world!

A lot of People have been asking us...
Whether it’s true that Norwich Union approached us to see if they could use comparisons with us as part of marketing their name change to Aviva. After much deliberation we decided to distance ourselves from the currently unstable world of finance, feeling that such an association might damage the integrity of our brand. As such, Aviva had to content themselves with ‘From The Quarrymen to The Beatles’. Sometimes a change in name is more than just a change in name. It’s a change in intent.
